HISTORY & MISSION
Native American Connections (NAC), a non-profit organization, was founded in 1972. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and communities through culturally appropriate services in behavioral health, housing, and community development. NAC serves all people who seek out its services.
We blend Native American traditions with best practices in serving vulnerable populations, including the chronically homeless. We provide comprehensive behavioral health services and transitional and permanent affordable housing to low-income individuals and families. We own and operate 15 different service sites in the Phoenix metropolitan area and serve more than 10,000 individuals and families annually. Our collaborations with other human service organizations create a seamless network of services for our customers.
